Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.Duties:
- Oversee retail sales activities
- Supervise and train staff on product knowledge and customer service
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks and operational duties
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in resolving conflicts
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
