VP of Accounting - Multi-Unit (JC432)

VP of Accounting Scottsdale, AZ | $160,000 to $170,000 base, plus bonus A growing multi-unit company is hiring a VP of Accounting to own its full finance function, including accounting operations, financial planning, lender relationships, and the systems that connect them. This role reports directly to the CEO and sits on the leadership team, with a defined path toward the CFO seat as the company scales. The position combines hands-on accounting operations with strategic financial leadership. Schedule Full-time. Compensation Base salary of $160,000 to $170,000 depending on experience, plus bonus. What You'll Do You will serve as the senior finance leader, owning month-end close, cash flow management, payroll oversight, and the establishment of consistent accounting controls across all locations. On the strategic side, you will build the company's financial model from the ground up, including annual budgeting, location-level scorecards and dashboards, and board-ready reporting. You will lead ERP selection and migration, manage lender relationships and covenant compliance, and own the annual audit. This is a build role focused on creating the company's financial infrastructure rather than maintaining an existing one. As the company scales, the position is structured to grow into the CFO role.
