???? We're hiring: Chief of Staff / Strategic Operations Associate ???? Redwood City, CA (5 days onsite) A high-growth AI software startup is looking for an ambitious operator to work directly alongside the CEO and help scale the business across operations, customer success, recruiting, and commercial execution. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone coming from top-tier consulting or investment banking who wants to move into a hands-on operating role at a fast-growing venture-backed company. What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the CEO's operational right hand across key business functions
• Running customer check-ins and coordinating issue resolution with product and engineering teams
• Managing CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, prospect briefings, and sales enablement materials
• Supporting hiring efforts including sourcing, scheduling, and first-round candidate screening
• Coordinating outbound sales processes and identifying performance improvement opportunities
• Building AI-driven automations and operational workflows to streamline internal processes What we're looking for:
• 2-8 years of total experience across MBB consulting, top-tier investment banking, and/or high-growth startups
• Prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG strongly preferred
• Startup operating experience such as Chief of Staff, Founder Associate, Special Projects, or early-stage operations roles
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly unstructured environments
• AI-native mindset with hands-on use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Exposure to APIs, automation tools, Python, SQL, or no-code workflows is highly advantageous
• B2B SaaS, supply chain, or CPG industry exposure is a plus Tech stack includes: HubSpot, Clay, Pendo, Smartlead, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier AI, Python, SQL Ideal for candidates seeking a high-impact role with significant ownership and direct exposure to company leadership.
