Comfortable owning operational functions end-to-end, including HR, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, vendor management, finance operations, and internal processes. Able to lead company-wide initiatives such as SOC 2, security reviews, compliance programs, procurement, and operational scaling efforts. Strong analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and identify bottlenecks before they become problems. Thrives in intense startup environments where speed matters, priorities change frequently, and expectations are high. Previous startup, operations, investing, consulting, founder, or leadership experience is helpful, but exceptional builders from any background are encouraged to apply. The founders can move faster because you remove operational bottlenecks before they appear. Company priorities are executed consistently and aggressively. Internal systems scale ahead of company growth. AI is embedded into every workflow, allowing the company to operate with significantly fewer people than a traditional organization.
