Job Description

About Share Ventures:
Share Ventures is an innovative venture firm that operates at the intersection of human performance and artificial intelligence. With a unique model that combines a lab and a fund, Share Ventures is dedicated to incubating and investing in startups that drive advancements in these areas.
Role:
Work directly with the CEO to drive execution across a portfolio of AI-powered ventures. Blend of technical leadership, product strategy, and operational execution. Must be deeply technical (AI/ML, LLMs, agent systems) and able to operate at the intersection of engineering and business.
Requirements:
⁠ ⁠Based in Los Angeles (in-person required) ⁠ ⁠5+ years in technical product, engineering, or strategy roles ⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic systems ⁠ ⁠Startup or venture studio experience strongly preferred ⁠ ⁠Comfortable with ambiguity, high velocity, and wearing multiple hats ⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication Nice to have: ⁠ ⁠ Experience at a VC fund or venture studio ⁠ ⁠Built or managed AI agent systems ⁠ ⁠Full-stack technical skills ⁠ ⁠MBA or equivalent business acumen
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
