Job Description:
This is an opportunity to join a clinical-stage biotechnology company at the forefront of targeted protein degradation and take ownership of the strategic alliances, governance, and program execution that will shape the next generation of oncology and immunology medicines. Reporting into executive leadership, you will operate at the intersection of cutting-edge science, high-value partnerships, and pipeline strategy, leading both external alliances and an expanding portfolio of wholly owned preclinical and early clinical programs.
Key areas of impact:
Own and lead strategic research and early development alliances with global biotech, pharma, and academic partners Serve as the executive relationship lead across joint governance committees and partnership structures Drive alignment on scientific strategy, deliverables, milestones, and investment decisions Lead cross-functional program teams across discovery, translational sciences, and early development Influence portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and long-range R D planning Build and scale a high-performing Alliance & Program Management function as the organization continues to grow. We're looking for a leader who brings: Deep experience in alliance management and/or program leadership within biotech or pharma Strong scientific credibility with a PhD preferred and the ability to engage directly with research leaders A track record managing complex discovery-stage partnerships and early development programs Expertise navigating governance, risk management, and cross-functional decision making The executive presence to influence stakeholders internally and externally while driving accountability and execution.
