Responsibilities Prioritize the customer experience by committing to follow through on prospecting calls and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. Train and manage various teams to accomplish goals that enhance ownership experiences and increase consumer satisfaction. Conduct regular team meetings to review and set team and individual goals, and evaluate performance against departmental strategies. Foster a positive culture and team engagement. Motivate your team to achieve key goals and ensure that monthly departmental targets and gross profit objectives are met or exceeded. Address customer queries and concerns with genuine intent to resolve their issues promptly. Promote continuous growth and improvement within your team by engaging in educational opportunities and staying updated with industry trends. Analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans to elevate performance while being actively involved in day-to-day operations. Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in alignment with the company's brand and image. Qualifications Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role with a proven record of increasing customer retention, bottom line results, and people leadership skills centered around coaching. Experience in cultivating strong working relationships with direct and indirect reports, inter-departmental managers, and larger dealer groups to support the entire business. Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills. Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Exceptional work ethic with a commitment to providing outstanding customer-centered service while acting with integrity and the company's best interests in mind.
