- Full-time We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our finance department and help develop a high-performing team of 2-3 Finance Managers.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 Finance Managers Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management Present and sell finance and insurance products Secure financing through approved lending sources Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations Build and maintain strong lender relationships Partner with dealership leadership to drive performance and profitabilityQualifications:
