Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Regional Vice President located in Bengaluru. The Senior Regional Vice President will oversee regional operations, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and manage senior leadership teams. This role involves directing sales growth, enhancing client experience, and championing the brand's values and vision across the region. Collaboration with various departments to align operational goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional results is a key responsibility. Qualifications Proven leadership skills with experience in people management and organizational leadership Expertise in luxury retail management, high-end brand operations, and regional strategy development Strong abilities in sales growth, customer relationship management, and client retention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate high-performing teams Deep understanding of market dynamics, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making Proficiency in developing and implementing operational excellence programs Relevant experience in an ultra-luxury or high-end fashion environment preferred Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
