  • Regional Director Real Estate
  • in •San Francisco, CA.
  • Essential Functions:
  • + Directs and coordinates the real estate lending function for an assigned region of the bank.
+ Evaluates existing practices and developing trends to determine effective long-term strategies to meet regional goals. + Establishes and implements policies and practices to support the long-term strategy. + Provides leadership and direction to regional associates and guidance to lending associates bank wide. + Participates in business development activities. + Approves large and complex real estate related projects. + Coordinates with other senior executives and divisional managers, for planning and policy development. + Directs the marketing, human resources, facilities and other support activities for the region. + Manages the budget and profitability of the assigned region. + Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • + Typically requires a bachelors degree in business or finance or a related field and 10+ years of lending experience including 5 years managerial experience over a major multidiscipline, segment of the company.
+ Strong multifaceted banking knowledge including knowledge of complex credit structures and advanced lending policies, procedures and techniques. + Expert level knowledge in the assigned specialty or market segment. + Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

  • This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $223,000 - $313,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
