Job Description We're recruiting a VP of FP&A for a client seeking a strategic finance leader in a high-growth environment. $225,000-$265,000
Responsibilities:
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including systems, calendar, and cross-functional accountability. Partner with executives on financial insights, scenario analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
Lead management reporting:
KPI dashboards, monthly performance reviews, and executive packages. Support Investor Relations with external reporting materials and performance messaging. Oversee incentive compensation planning, covenant reporting, and liquidity forecasting. Support M&A activities including modeling, due diligence, and integration. Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and data integrity. Lead, develop, and grow the FP&A team.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years in finance, including 10+ years in FP&A leadership; Bachelor's required, MBA/CPA/CFA preferred. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience in complex environments. Proven executive business partnering and decision support skills. M&A experience including modeling, diligence, and integration preferred. Strong ERP and planning systems proficiency. Excellent communicator with the ability to present to senior leadership and manage competing priorities.
