Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Vice President level executive to be the leader of the Finance Powered by Intelligent Automation (FPIA) Consulting domain. This person will create a business platform from which you generate business volume and/or value and develop high-level business relations and high-impact projects. The candidate should possess a problem-solving mindset to help our clients on their journey to achieving digital finance transformation. They will lead the FPIA Consulting practice in the United States by setting strategy, driving the development of new business in the market, and providing advisory services across disciplines including business strategy, market growth strategy, lead go-to market initiatives and operational improvement.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Orchestrate across suite of business lines and portfolio offers to shape customer needs in a context of digital transformation. Drive and identify opportunities for the development of team offers, new tools, points of view and methodologies. Have an excellent understanding of Transformation, Program and Change Management methodologies which steers profound change within the F&A/GBS. Sell and lead key projects of significant size, complexity and risk with an emphasis on best-in-class F&A processes, leveraging intelligent automation, people change and controls enhancement. Own business strategy for deployment within own area, setting clear aims and objectives with clarity of delivery accountability. Lead large, complex and multi specialist teams responsible for designing, selling, and delivering end-to-end solutions, covering a varied of geographies and/or capabilities that have a focus on best-in-class F&A processes facilitating automation/technologies, people change and controls enhancement. Drive own and team salability internally and externally with demonstrable experience for delivering sales Empower and inspire the team to exceed the perceived limits of their performance whilst ensuring a utilization of 75% is maintained across the teams. In addition, A Vice President at company FPIA is expected to lead programs and multi-workstream engagements, and be highly involved in practice leadership, driving thought and solution development, overseeing internal activities and acting as an executive-level representative of Company's Business Services.
Business Development:
Develop deep relationships and high levels of intimacy with targeted CXOs prospects in focused geographic regions and leverage excellent CXO contacts to create shape and close deals with emphasis on large opportunities.
