Must inspire and engage staff, volunteers, and members in support of the Y's mission. Demonstrated success in financial management, sustaining the nonprofit model while driving growth. Provide dynamic, goal-driven leadership that ensures high-quality, consistent member experience. Requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to lead through change.
