Assistant Manager ABM Industries - 3.1 Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $70,500 - $72,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook High school diploma or GED Driver's License Supervising experience Team management Full Job Description This position will be directly responsible to assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the operation, including financial reports, scheduling, staff supervision, project management, budget preparation, and quarterly meetings, and operation status of elevators, sump pumps, and other equipment located in the parking garage.
Pay:
$70,500 - $ 72,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Employee Benefits (Frontline) | Programa de Beneficios de ABM (2025) Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation. Serve as point-of-contact for client liaisons, meeting regularly to confirm quality standards are met and service issues are promptly resolved. Provide leadership and support while being available for emergency and off-hour support. Promote strong safety culture and work environment. Must be able to walk up / down up to 14 flights of stairs on a regular basis At least 2 years of experience supervising employees. Experience with parking industry is a big plus.
Experience effectively managing teams:
solid staff retention, counseling and developing team members, etc. MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required. Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is required to operate company vehicles. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to give effective presentations to small and large groups.
