Join us as a General Manager Your main responsibilities Your main responsibilities Overall managerial responsibility for operations across sales, installation, and modernization services within an assigned geography to achieve business unit strategic and financial objectives. Lead district operations across sales, installation, and modernization services to achieve strategic, financial, and operational objectives. Develop and execute regional business, operations, and quality plans aligned with company strategy. Manage, coach, and develop District Service Managers, Construction Managers, Sales teams, and Field Superintendents. Drive customer strategy and strengthen relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry consultants. Oversee field operations including installation, service delivery, resource planning, and asset management for cost efficiency. Direct sales and market execution to achieve targets in price, volume, product mix, and market share. Develop and manage district budgets, ensuring financial control, cost optimization, and profitability. Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, adjusting strategy and resource allocation to drive performance and growth. Base Salary $164,200
  • $205,300 The above represents the typical salary range for this position.
Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives. What you bring
Requirements:
Education MBA or MA in related field preferred BA/BS Business / Management / Engineering or related field Strong understanding of products and applications, including installation and service methods, with the ability to interpret financial statements and understand contract terms and conditions. Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade both internal stakeholders and external customers. Strong technical, managerial, negotiation, and communication skills with established professional credibility. High level of resilience to effectively meet complex business challenges.
