Part Time ( with a potential full time opportunity) About Us We are a dedicated Supported Living Services (SLS) agency vendored with the North Bay Regional Center, committed to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes and communities. Our team provides person-centered support that honors individual choice, dignity, and self-determination. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our organization in delivering exceptional supported living services. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee daily operations, and cultivate a culture of excellence while maintaining strong relationships with the North Bay Regional Center, families, and community partners. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the organization's mission Develop and implement organizational goals, policies, and procedures Build and maintain a positive organizational culture focused on person-centered services Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including Regional Center, families, and community partners Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, and all applicable state and federal regulations Oversee quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives Manage vendor relationships and maintain positive standing with North Bay Regional Center Ensure all Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Person-Centered Plans are implemented effectively Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action plans Financial Management Develop and manage annual budgets and financial planning Ensure fiscal sustainability and responsible resource allocation Oversee billing, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth Human Resources Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified Direct Support Professionals and administrative staff Provide supervision and professional development opportunities for all staff Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet client needs Foster a supportive, inclusive work environment Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management experience in developmental disabilities services, preferably in Supported Living Thorough knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22 regulations Experience working with Regional Centers in California Strong understanding of person-centered planning and self-determination principles Demonstrated financial management and budgeting experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience working as a DSP or Supervisor in an SLS agency Familiarity with North Bay Regional Center processes and expectations Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Paid time off Professional development opportunities Mileage reimbursement Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their experience in developmental disabilities services and their vision for person-centered supported living.
