DUTIES:

Report to Director of Shared Services and is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's systems and ensuring that they align with strategic goals and adhere to regulatory requirements. Design, implement, and manage day-to-day operations of these systems with a focus on continuously improving process and efficiencies without compromising patient safety and efficacy. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the business needs and provide technical support to cross-functional clinical, non-clinical and technical teams such as biomed, engineering, supply chain, clinical lab, pharmacy, healthcare administrators, IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of these systems. Manage projects, work with internal and external teams, build teams and provide reports, as necessary. Conduct management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within business systems, generate reports, and conduct analysis to support business decisions. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of clinical and non-clinical business systems including ERP, CMMS, Scheduling, and other internal applications to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning optimally. Design and work with development teams to build and maintain efficient automated systems to aid in better team productivity and quality. Manage the integration of different business applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the organization. Lead and manage system-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, new implementations, automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and timelines. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Biomed, Clinical Lab, Accounts Payable, IT, Finance, and Revenue, to align operations and ensure smooth workflows. Understand various ERP systems like Lawson, CMMS systems like ServiceNow and their databases. Utilize SQL and Python to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and business processes and implement improvements that align with organizational goals. Develop and implement automated solutions using Python to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy. Create and implement standardized workflows, procedures, and policies to optimize operational efficiency and consistency. Provide technical support to end-users and develop training programs to ensure effective use of business systems. Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, procedures, and systems to support knowledge sharing and compliance. Analyze team strengths and assign projects to individuals based on their skills and expertise. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Manage organizational change initiatives and support team members through transitions. Oversee and lead multiple operations teams and roles such as Business Analysts, Systems Engineer, Application Techs ensuring efficient and effective performance. Monitor productivity and address issues with internal and external teams. Lead teams, projects, and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in any related job. Proficiency in using Python to perform data mining, predictive analysis, statistical modeling, and optimization; Proficiency in data visualization tools like Qlik; Proficiency in database management systems like

SSMS SQL

; P2P automation; Knowledge of data transfer standards and methods of EDI, HL7, and

S/FTP, API
