Job Summary The Director / Chief of Staff, GotoMarket (GTM) Operations is a senior, executionfocused partner to the SVP of GTM Operations. This role strengthens decisionmaking, performance management, and operational rigor across the GTM organization by owning data, analytics, business insights, and operating cadence. Acting as the central hub for GTM reporting and analysis, this role ensures the SVP and GTM leadership team have clear, accurate, and timely insights to run the business-particularly in an environment without a dedicated analytics team. While the role supports strategic planning, its primary focus is handson, datadriven execution and performance visibility across Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Strategy. Responsibilities Executive Partnership Serve as a trusted operational partner to the SVP, supporting execution, decision preparation, and followthrough Anticipate reporting and insight needs; equip leadership with clear, decisionready data Translate priorities into dashboards, metrics, and action plans Data, Analytics & Business Insights (Primary Focus) Own GTM data, analytics, and reporting across the organization Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards covering pipeline, forecasting, productivity, capacity, and revenue performance Synthesize complex data into clear insights, risks, and recommendations Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Systems to ensure data integrity and metric consistency GTM Operating Cadence & Performance Management Own GTM operating rhythm (MBRs, QBRs, forecast reviews, planning cycles) Prepare concise, datadriven prereads and executive updates Track commitments and action items to ensure accountability and execution CrossFunctional Initiatives Support highimpact GTM initiatives (process improvements, tooling changes, coverage and capacity models) Establish lightweight governance, timelines, and success metrics Coordinate across teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum Communication & Continuous Improvement Act as an extension of the SVP's operational voice in crossfunctional forums Improve consistency, scalability, and automation of GTM reporting and processes Qualifications 8-15+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Operations, or Analytics Proven experience supporting senior leaders in datadriven, executionfocused environments Strong analytical skills with handson experience building dashboards and performance reporting Excellent executive communication and attention to detail Comfortable operating with limited analytics infrastructure Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or analytics certifications a plus What Success Looks Like GTM leaders have trusted, consistent, decisionready data Performance risks are identified early and addressed proactively The SVP spends less time chasing data and more time driving outcomes GTM reporting and operating rhythms are standardized, scalable, and effective The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States

• 319,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
