As a Sr Manager on our Corporate team, you'll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon's Business thriving. Are you in? Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role This role goes beyond coordination--owning key initiatives, shaping agendas, and influencing outcomes. It ensures that marketing and business strategies are effectively translated into execution, with strong linkage to revenue, customer impact, and organizational goals. The Chief of Staff acts as a force multiplier for the team, enabling leadership to focus on the highest-value decisions and conversations.
Key focus areas:
- Strategy to execution: Translate leadership vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable programs
- Marketing excellence: Drive consistency, best practices, and performance tracking across marketing initiatives
- Program leadership: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects (e.g., go-to-market, transformation initiatives, operating model changes)
- Executive enablement: Prepare insights, narratives, and decision frameworks for leadership discussions
- Operational cadence: Establish and run business rhythms (QBRs, MBRs, planning cycles)
- Change & transformation: Support organizational evolution, ensuring adoption and impact Grade Level Description
- Recognized as a strategic operator and trusted advisor to senior leadership, with the ability to influence direction and drive outcomes across the organization.
- Strategic impact: Shapes priorities by connecting market, customer, and internal insights to business decisions
- Execution leadership: Owns and drives complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact

- Strong business acumen with experience in strategy, marketing, or operations
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (executive-level)
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; ability to build trust quickly at all levels of the organization
- Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Experience in semiconductor/tech industry (preferred given your context)
- Familiarity with application marketing concepts such as go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, competitive positioning, and technical marketing is a plus Success Profile (What "great" looks like)
