Responsibilities Assist the Manager overseeing daily operations and staff management. Marketing & building relationships with all businesses in the area. Support training and development initiatives for new and existing staff members. Make phone calls and set appointments. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Sales & marketing. Knowledge in fitness and health. Ability to conduct effective interviewing and training development sessions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
