Helps coordinate online sales activities, customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and marketplace operations to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience. Works closely with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success and growth of online sales channels.
Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Marketplace & Product Management Support the daily operations of marketplace channels, including Target Plus, Nordstrom Marketplace, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other US sales channels. Assist with maintaining product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates. Learn and support the onboarding of Nordstrom Marketplace. 2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Process and fulfill orders from Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom. Monitor and enter tracking number on Amazon daily. Assist with resolving order-related issues and fulfillment discrepancies. 3. Returns, Exchanges & Warehouse Coordination Manage weekly RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) reports received from the warehouse. Coordinate with warehouse teams to process returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacement orders in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of return activity and ensure customer requests are properly resolved. Communicate with warehouse partners regarding return status, inventory discrepancies, and customer resolutions. 4. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication. 5. Social Media & Marketing Support Assist with social media content creation and posting. 6. Reporting & Administrative Support Prepare and compile monthly reports for management Analyze marketplace, customer service, return, and social media data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the Marketplace Manager with ongoing projects and operational initiatives. Report directly to Xochitl Zuniga, Manager of Admin & Global Digital The above job scope is subject to changes based on the department's business needs and goals. Each team member is responsible for executing their project within the given timeline. The management evaluates every 6-12 months should there be a need for job reallocation amongst the team. Team members should maintain a collaborative and cooperative mindset, supporting one another whenever needed. Working together as a team rather than independently helps build strong working relationships, improves communication, and contributes to the successful achievement of company goals.

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
