As an Assistant GM, you'll lead and develop teams, enhance the guest experience, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment while overseeing hiring, payroll, and daily operations. We're looking for a strong communicator with 5+ years of operations experience, a passion for hospitality, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This salaried role offers $80,000-$105,000 plus benefits, along with the unique opportunity to grow your career while living and working in one of the most beautiful national parks in the country.
