Mon-Fri We are seeking a tenured licensed nursing home administrator (NHA) with regional or multi-site experience managing skilled nursing facilities to become our newest Regional Vice President for the Denver metro area . The Rocky Mountain Region of Life Care Centers of America is comprised of 8 high-performing skilled nursing facilities across Denver ranging from 118 to 201 beds. Seven of these buildings are featured on US News and World Reports Best Nursing Homes list for 2026. All 8 of these buildings have earned 5-star CMS ratings for Quality Measures. Life Care Centers of America is the largest, privately-owned nursing home company in the United States with over 200 facilities in 27 states . Our company has the highest average CMS rating of any company with more than 100 skilled nursing facilities nationwide. Our facilities hold an impressive 4.4 average Google review rating, reflecting the exceptional clinical care and genuine, resident-focused service we deliver each day. Position Summary The Regional Vice President oversees the operations of skilled nursing facilities throughout the region to ensure the high quality and integrity of Life Care's services and operations. Specific Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, health care or a related field AND an active state nursing home administrator's license. Should have five or more years of experience in long term care management. A proven track record of success in long term care administration is necessary for this position.
