The Regional President, Commercial Banking is responsible for leading and growing the commercial banking business within an assigned market. This role drives market strategy, revenue growth, and client acquisition while ensuring strong risk management and operational discipline. The Regional President partners closely with executive leadership, product teams, and support functions to deliver integrated client solutions and achieve regional and enterprise business objectives. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Develop and execute regional commercial banking strategies aligned with enterprise growth objectives Drive revenue growth across loans, deposits, and non-interest income while maintaining strong credit quality Lead business development efforts to acquire new commercial clients and deepen existing relationships Manage and oversee regional P&L performance, including forecasting and ongoing performance monitoring Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning Partner with Credit and Risk teams to ensure sound portfolio management and adherence to regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Treasury, Retail, Private Banking, Specialty Finance) to deliver comprehensive client solutions Represent the bank in the local market to enhance brand visibility and strengthen community and business relationships Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and economic conditions to inform business strategy Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and strong risk awareness across the region Involved with interviewing and hiring decisions. Prepare and deliver employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and counseling. Manage, support, coach and train employees. Follow all established policies and procedures. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING
15+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing senior leader. Proven track record of driving market growth, client acquisition, and financial performance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent work experience Extensive, relevant experience in commercial banking or financial services required Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience Deep knowledge of commercial lending, credit, and treasury management solutions Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution Leadership capability with a focus on talent development and team performance Strong risk management mindset and decision-making ability Ability to collaborate effectively across business lines and functions Strong client relationship management and business development skills High School diploma or equivalent required HOW WE'LL SUPPORT YOU
