Job Description:
Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on VP Cardiovascular Services! Sign On Bonus and Relocation! The Vice President of Cardiovascular Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the comprehensive cardiovascular service line, including the cardiac catheterization lab, cardiology clinic, and cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, financial performance, and service line growth, while fostering strong physician engagement and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction across all associated departments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA or MHA preferred Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in cardiology services within a healthcare setting Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred Proven track record of financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical quality metrics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills PACS and dictation system environment - preferred Knowledge of the radiology and cardiology workflows in various modalities Knowledge of medical imaging and related terminology Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards
