What You'll Do From day one, you'll be actively involved in the core of our business: Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates Manage employees throughout their lifecycle (performance, engagement, retention) Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent Submit qualified candidates and manage the hiring process Provide high-level customer service to both clients and employees Support daily branch operations and drive results This is a fast-paced, people-driven environment where urgency and attention to detail matter.
