Core Responsibilities Take full ownership of your work, with a strong sense of accountability for delivering results. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, especially in written communication. Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful approach and readiness to handle a wide range of tasks. Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and turn strategy into structured, executable plans. Requirements 3-10 years' experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or programme leadership in high-growth environments.
