Residential Chief of Staff - Miami, FL A prominent private household is seeking a seasoned, emotionally intelligent, and operationally disciplined Residential Chief of Staff to lead and unify operations across a multi-property portfolio serving two Principals. This newly created senior role is designed to professionalize and stabilize residential and personal affairs under a single operational leadership structure. Acting as a trusted proxy for the Principals, the Chief of Staff owns day-to-day execution across people, properties, and vendors, building durable systems and SOPs, leading a residential support team, overseeing budgets and facilities, and managing strategic asset transitions, including property dispositions. The role blends refined hospitality sensibilities with disciplined operational leadership, ensuring consistent, elevated, and highly personalized service across all residences . The ideal candidate 10+ years of senior leadership within UHNW households, family offices, or complex private service environments Proven success in stabilizing teams, reducing turnover, and overseeing high-value properties, vendors, and capital projects Strong financial oversight and systems-building experience Exceptional discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence Calm under pressure, politically astute, and equally comfortable in strategic and hands-on Bachelor's degree preferred; Spanish a plus Miami-based; local candidates preferred.
