Posting Job Description Purpose :
The Vice President of Ambulatory and Service Lines at Holy Cross is a key member of Holy Cross Medical Group's Executive management team who provides leadership to various departments of HCMG. The position has the responsibility of co-managing the day-to-day operations of the organization by working jointly with the President of the Medical Group. Prior experience managing an orthopedic system wide service line is required.

Champions change and improvement - seeks out and employs effective change management and performance improvement techniques and tools. Leading standardization/systems and optimization of policy, process, methodology, establishing a national community of practice. Oversee Vendor/Contract Labor Management including centralizing strategy and optimizing spend. Operational Delivery Directs operations to achieve forecasted results and other financial criteria and to preserve the capital funds invested in the organization. Evaluates financials and workforce management metrics regularly and systematically. Supports efforts to improve service efficiencies that drive increased quality and responsiveness to marketplace needs. Responsible for measuring and reporting KPIs/metrics and value delivery Providing advice, guidance, and leadership for the colleague life cycle Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, business public health or related field Minimum of five (5) years of management experience, to include but not limited to experience in a Director level or relevant senior leadership role within a physician office. Minimum of three (3) years of Orthopedic service line experience required Additional Qualifications (nice to have) Master's Degree in Health Administration, business public health or related field Fellowship (FACHE, FHFMA, MGMA) and/or certification in a professional organization or Process Improvement certification Position Highlights and Benefits Comprehensive benefit packages available, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 403B, and education assistance.
