MRO Business Manager - Hollywood, FL Area | Onsite Aerospace / Aviation MRO Leadership A growing aerospace and aviation services organization is seeking an experienced MRO Business Manager / Director to lead operations, drive profitability, and strengthen overall business performance within a fast-paced repair and overhaul environment. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands how to run a business unit, lead value streams, manage operational accountability, and communicate performance metrics across executive and operations teams. If you thrive in aerospace manufacturing or Part 145 repair environments and know how to balance operational execution with strategic growth, this could be a strong fit. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading operational performance across an aerospace MRO environment Driving accountability with Operations Leaders through KPI reviews, forecasting, and weekly performance meetings Managing and understanding full P&L performance, budgeting, and profitability drivers Building short and long-term strategic growth plans for revenue and operational scalability Supporting forecasting, re-budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives Identifying operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and business improvement opportunities Partnering with executive leadership on operational strategy and customer growth Strengthening customer relationships and supporting business development efforts Working cross-functionally with quality, procurement, repair operations, planning, and finance teams What We're Looking For 10+ years of leadership experience within aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or aviation repair environments Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and operational metrics Experience leading value streams, operations teams, or business units Background in Part 145 repair stations or aerospace OEM/MRO operations preferred Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and operations teams alike Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities Experience improving operational performance, throughput, and profitability
