Job Description
Chief of Staff & Director of Executive Office The CEO of a privately held company and affiliated private business entities is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Chief of Staff & Director of Executive Office to manage executive operations, confidential coordination, project follow-up, document organization, advisor communication, and business/personal executive priorities. This role will serve as the CEO's right hand across multiple companies, investments, advisors, vendors, and sensitive matters. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a founder, CEO, principal, family office, private company, investment office, law firm partner, or high-net-worth entrepreneur. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, communications, travel, meetings, documents, project trackers, follow-ups, corporate records, investment files, advisor coordination, and confidential business matters. The role will require interaction with attorneys, accountants, bankers, consultants, vendors, internal team members, and other professional contacts. The successful candidate must be exceptionally discreet, organized, proactive, polished, and trustworthy. This person must be able to manage sensitive legal, financial, business, investment, and personal information with complete confidentiality. Prior experience in executive support, chief of staff work, family office operations, legal administration, paralegal work, corporate records, finance coordination, or private business operations is strongly preferred. A strict confidentiality agreement, background check, and reference checks will be required. This is a full-time senior role for someone who can bring structure, judgment, organization, and follow-through to a fast-moving CEO and multi-entity business environment.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:
