Job Description:
The VP, Clinical Technology & Digital Health Platforms leads enterprise clinical systems and digital health initiatives across the organization, with primary oversight of the Epic environment and related clinical applications. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leadership to improve care delivery, optimize workflows, and drive innovation through technology and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead strategy, optimization, and governance for Epic and enterprise clinical platforms Partner with physicians, clinicians, and operational leaders to improve workflow efficiency and user experience Drive standardization, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization Advance AI, automation, analytics, and clinical decision-support capabilities Oversee large-scale implementations, upgrades, and organizational change management efforts Build and lead a high-performing clinical applications and informatics team Track platform performance, operational outcomes, and value realization initiatives Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field 10+ years of progressive healthcare IT or clinical systems leadership experience Strong expertise with Epic platforms, governance, workflow design, and enterprise implementations Experience leading digital transformation, AI initiatives, and cross-functional healthcare technology projects Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills CHCIO, CPHIMS, or similar healthcare IT certification preferred Clinical background (RN, PharmD, MD, PA, etc.) is a plus
