In this pivotal role, you will lead all daily operations of the facility while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Under your oversight, the team will deliver 5-star service, and the shop will experience continued growth and profitability. Our GM will have a passion for automotive repair and servant leadership. This passion will foster a collaborative environment, inspire a team of skilled technicians and support staff, and operate with a keen focus on production, financial performance, team development, safety compliance, and quality standards. About Us We are San Marco Paint & Body (formerly Westbrook Paint and Body), serving the greater Jacksonville area for over 40 years. We deliver exceptional auto body repair, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and vehicle restoration services in a fast-paced and friendly setting. Responsibilities Lead all collision center operations, personnel, and performance. Strong financial, operational, and people management skills. Manage sales, profitability, budgets, KPIs, and insurance metrics. Monitor workflow, production schedules, repair quality, and on-time delivery. Oversee estimating, labor mix, shop capacity, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Conduct daily production meetings and maintain efficient shop throughput. Recruit, train, coach, and develop technical and support team members and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility, equipment, and paint booth. Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture. Experience Proven leadership experience in collision repair, automotive service, or a related industry. Strong financial, operational, and people management skills. Excellent communication, coaching, and customer service abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
