As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. The role is a bridge between our office and warehouse, requiring someone who can comfortably flip between answering phone calls and assist with physical warehouse duties. If you are a problem solver who is not afraid of getting your hands dirty, we want to here from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with customer service, booking jobs from incoming calls Build relationships with employees and customers Ensure all company standards and procedures are followed Dispatch crews to customers homes Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner Ensure the office, warehouse and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained

Qualifications:

Previous management experience is preferred but not required Excellent attendance record. Basic understanding of basic sales reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills
