Base salary + monthly performance bonus potential About Us U.S. Installation Group (USIG) has been the exclusive provider of Installation and Renovation Services for the nation's largest home improvement retailer for over 35 years. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Odessa branch. Position Summary The General Manager oversees all aspects of branch operations, including employee leadership, installer relations, customer service, and business performance. This role manages a team of 2-5 USIG employees and up to 15 Installation Contractor Business Partners. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who drives operational excellence and maintains strong contractor and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management Train and develop all direct reports Set clear goals and hold team members accountable Ensure staff are trained on company processes and software Installer & Contractor Oversight Build and maintain strong relationships with Installation Contractors Manage installer rosters and compliance documentation Oversee contractor billing and ensure accuracy Operational Excellence Oversee scheduling and routing of installations Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Maintain high customer service standards Develop working knowledge of all company software systems Business Performance Achieve key business metrics and operational targets Conduct monthly business reviews with the Regional Manager Lead performance reviews with branch staff Manage special projects as assigned Qualifications 4+ years of management experience 4+ years of flooring industry experience Proven leadership, mentoring, and team‑development skills Must pass a criminal background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
