RACING MIAMI
Orlando team. The Retail Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail associates, while also ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of retail associates, including setting goals, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring their success Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and restocked as needed Ensure that all customers receive exceptional customer service by providing knowledgeable product recommendations and assistance Monitor sales and analyze data to drive increased sales and profitability for the store Collaborate with store management and corporate office on product ordering, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed by associates, including loss prevention and inventory management
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a retail management role Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive sales and profitability Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
