General Manager

• the current General Manager has advanced into a larger group role but remains on campus, so you step in with a proven partner invested in your success. We're looking for the right leader to take the helm and take it further. As General Manager of Audi Stuart, you'll own the full operation of the dealership
• leading the team, driving performance across every department, and building on an already strong foundation. What We're Looking For Proven, successful experience as a franchise dealership General Manager
• or an experienced General Sales Manager with a documented track record who's ready to take the next step A history of not just hitting objectives but consistently exceeding them
• and continually growing every dealership they've led Demonstrated longevity and commitment
• you've put down roots and made a lasting impact where you've been, not moved on every year or so. If your history is a series of short stints, this won't be the right fit Sustained, long-term performance, not just short-term results
