Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
