This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and helping a team achieve its goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, membership sales, wellness, fitness, spa, or related industries preferred Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills REQUIRED
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills REQUIRED
Sales experience and ability to meet membership and retail goals REQUIRED
Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred Fluent in English required; Spanish preferred Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support a team COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an outstanding member and guest experience Assist with membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and retail sales initiatives Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Help coach, motivate, and support the sales and customer service team to achieve performance goals Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, deposits, reporting, and operational procedures Resolve member and guest concerns professionally and efficiently Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members Ensure the clinic remains clean, professional, welcoming, and compliant with company standards Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages growth, accountability, and excellent service The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, sales-minded, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
