An established commercial cleaning company is seeking a General Manager in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Candidates Must Have:
Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager in commercial cleaning, facilities, or janitorial services Must be bilingual English/Spanish Strong background managing P&L, budgeting, contracts, forecasting, and financial performance Experience leading sales growth, account management, and business development initiatives Exceptional leadership, team development, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record
