This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Monaco Hospitality . The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand New Fairfield Inn & Suites 85 rooms opening in July 2026 located in Bethlehem GA for a Hotel General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities include managing department heads, maintaining financial health through effective budgeting, implementing business strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service. Additionally, the General Manager , drive team performance, and ensure compliance with all Marriott regulatory standards. Qualifications Proven 3 or more years experience in General Management and Business Management roles Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficiency in Budgeting and financial performance analysis Excellent communication skills spoken and written Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus. salary ,travel and 401k benefits. $60,000-$70,000 This company is an equal opportunity employer. frnch1Similar remote jobs
