At Vertigo Fun Park, we create thrilling, family-friendly adventures every day! We're seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our energetic team and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Lead a team with enthusiasm and positivity during daily operations. Ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests. Manage birthday parties and special events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communicate clearly with guests and staff, addressing concerns professionally. Support the General Manager by maintaining safety protocols across all attractions, event spaces, and common areas. Support team members, promote a positive workplace, and uphold company standards. Maintain facility cleanliness and monitor equipment for safety.

Who You Are:

A strong leader with excellent communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable solving problems and handling guest concerns with professionalism. Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or working with kids is a plus.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on your feet during shifts. Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
