We focus on creating safe, well-managed, and vibrant neighborhoods that foster the growth and well-being of our residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the delivery of excellent service. You will help maintain a positive, productive environment for both residents and staff through effective leadership and strong organizational skills. General Responsibilities
  • Manage and refine daily administrative operations, including leasing, income recertifications, accounting functions, and resident relations.
  • Collaborate with other managers for overall management of the property
  • Work closely with staff while providing training, coaching, and performance feedback, fostering an effective and motivated team.
  • Address resident matters, including conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Draft written communications and provide thorough documentation.
  • Track administrative functions and provide periodic status updates on projects and routine operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and excel at time management within a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software/applications.
  • Experience working with diverse cultural groups or in social services is highly desirable.
