Assistant Manager

Overview Fun Factory , A leader in Family Entertainment, we bring fun, games, and unforgettable experiences to people of all ages. We're currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Cordova Mall Location, who is a passionate leader and someone who thrives in high energy environments. Key Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot basic arcade equipment Deliver a fun, safe, and positive guest experience Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching staff Ensure the store is clean, visually appealing, and fully operational Maintain inventory control and assist in managing labor costs Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, and POS systems Help achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the local community MUST be available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment Retail and cashiering experience required Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic mechanical/ electrical knowledge

Tech-savvy:
