Send job Job Details Job Description The Executive Director is a strategically minded leader with research experience, a strong background in agriculture, and the ability to foster strong relationships. Position Overview A well-established Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit agricultural research organization is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead its next phase of growth and impact. This individual will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategy, financial sustainability, and external partnerships. The Executive Director will work at the intersection of science, agriculture, and community, guiding research initiatives while securing funding, building strategic relationships, and representing the organization with government agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance mission-driven work with operational and financial leadership to advance sustainable agriculture in Hawaiʻi and other tropical regions.
