Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory control, and customer service. Lead and supervise staff to ensure high standards of employee orientation, training & development, and team management. Manage daily shift operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures. Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees. Oversee inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory audits. Ensure compliance with company policies on payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and store safety protocols. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication skills and leadership that motivates the team to excel. Skills Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to engage staff and customers effectively. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases. Expertise in retail math, sales management, merchandising, and inventory control techniques. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail software applications. Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple priorities such as marketing initiatives and store operations. Demonstrated leadership in training & development programs and team-building activities. KHC POLICIES
Responsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook KHC Front Desk Procedures Manual, and property specific guidelines/standards. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards. Employees must also maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises 1-15 employees in the Front Desk. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring work performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, grasp or type; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
