Full-Time | Field-Based | B2B Consultative About the Role MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a premier local organization expanding in the Des Moines metro area. We are seeking an Account Management Trainee who enjoys working independently and being out in the community. This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing professional relationships with business owners. We provide a structured environment with a dedicated mentorship program, making this an ideal transition for those in retail, hospitality, or customer service. What You'll Do Conduct in-person consultations with business owners and decision-makers. Develop and maintain professional relationships. Lead scheduled client presentations and guide employees through service selections. Facilitate employee enrollments and manage a consistent pipeline of appointments. Participate in remote team strategy sessions and professional coaching. Utilize CRM tools to monitor activity and track progress toward team goals. What We're Looking For Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is required. Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills. A coachable, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. Compensation:
