• Full-time Edwards Auto Group in Storm Lake, IA (GM & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) is looking for a General Manager to join our Automotive dealership.

This General Manager will have a large area of responsibility and be very hands on with both the Sales and service teams. The area is a farming community with a population of approximately 20,000. The town has a charming small-town feel including a good school district and a small private university. This is a great place to raise a family in the heartland.

Responsibilities:

Develop and successfully execute plan to achieve monthly and annual goals for all departments Maintain excellent CSI throughout the dealership Assist in hiring for all departments Mentor and monitor the performance of all department supervisors Assist sales teams in closing deals Review store metrics daily for each department and make adjustments to increase production Attend regular meetings with dealership and auto group leadership Provide training and support to all staff Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive management experience Goal oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Must be organized and detailed Time efficiency is a must Reliable work history
