Executive Director - Project SYNCERE (Chicago, IL) Position Summary Project SYNCERE is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead the organization's mission of providing high-quality STEM education to students from historically underrepresented communities. The Executive Director will serve as the chief leader of the organization, responsible for driving strategy, strengthening financial sustainability, and ensuring impactful program delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead organizational strategy and overall operations in alignment with the mission Serve as the organization's lead fundraiser , securing grants, partnerships, and donor support Build and maintain relationships with the Board of Directors, funders, and community partners Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and long-term sustainability Represent Project SYNCERE externally and expand visibility and partnerships Lead and develop a high-performing team and organizational culture Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership or management experience Demonstrated success in fundraising, grant writing, or revenue generation Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors Strong financial and operational management experience Proven ability to build partnerships and lead teams Commitment to STEM education, youth development, and equity How to Apply Visit our website to see the full job description and apply at Project SYNCERE .
