Job SummaryThe Director / Chief of Staff, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations is a senior, execution-focused partner to the SVP of GTM Operations. This role strengthens decision-making, performance management, and operational rigor across the GTM organization by owning data, analytics, business insights, and operating cadence.
Acting as the central hub for GTM reporting and analysis, this role ensures the SVP and GTM leadership team have clear, accurate, and timely insights to run the business-particularly in an environment without a dedicated analytics team. While the role supports strategic planning, its primary focus is hands-on, data-driven execution and performance visibility across Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Strategy.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive PartnershipServe as a trusted operational partner to the SVP, supporting execution, decision preparation, and follow-throughAnticipate reporting and insight needs; equip leadership with clear, decision-ready dataTranslate priorities into dashboards, metrics, and action plansData, Analytics & Business Insights (Primary Focus)Own GTM data, analytics, and reporting across the organizationBuild and maintain dashboards and scorecards covering pipeline, forecasting, productivity, capacity, and revenue performanceSynthesize complex data into clear insights, risks, and recommendationsPartner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Systems to ensure data integrity and metric consistencyGTM Operating Cadence & Performance ManagementOwn GTM operating rhythm (MBRs, QBRs, forecast reviews, planning cycles)Prepare concise, data-driven pre-reads and executive updatesTrack commitments and action items to ensure accountability and executionCross-Functional InitiativesSupport high-impact GTM initiatives (process improvements, tooling changes, coverage and capacity models)Establish lightweight governance, timelines, and success metricsCoordinate across teams to remove blockers and maintain momentumCommunication & Continuous ImprovementAct as an extension of the SVP's operational voice in cross-functional forumsImprove consistency, scalability, and automation of GTM reporting and processesQualifications8-15+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Operations, or AnalyticsProven experience supporting senior leaders in data-driven, execution-focused environmentsStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards and performance reportingExcellent executive communication and attention to detailComfortable operating with limited analytics infrastructureBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or analytics certifications a plusWhat Success Looks LikeGTM leaders have trusted, consistent, decision-ready dataPerformance risks are identified early and addressed proactivelyThe SVP spends less time chasing data and more time driving outcomesGTM reporting and operating rhythms are standardized, scalable, and effectiveThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

213,000- 319,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
